This learning mattered to our school community, future students, and anyone interested in protecting and restoring the environment.

Statement

Our world is facing real environmental challenges such as pollution, disappearing habitats, and the effects of climate change. We need new ways to care for the planet and protect the living systems we depend on. Reading Ultrawild sparked students’ curiosity about how imaginative design could inspire real solutions for a healthier world.

The Challenge

Students explored the question: How might we design creative solutions that help people and nature thrive together? Their challenge was to imagine and model ideas that could support the environment.

The Solution

Students developed and shared ideas that encouraged others to think differently about how we can care for the planet.
